Author Series: On Tyranny Graphic Edition author Timothy Snyder and illustrator Nora Krug

Join us for an engaging discussion with Yale professor and historian Timothy Snyder and renowned illustrator Nora Krug about their recent publication of ON TYRANNY GRAPHIC EDITION.

This event is rescheduled from a previously-cancelled date.

The graphic edition of Professor Snyder’s #1 New York Times bestselling book of lessons for surviving and resisting America’s arc toward authoritarianism, features Professor Krug's visual storytelling talents. The interplay of text and images in this graphic edition invites readers to consider the implications of history beyond simple facts—to accept both recognition and reckoning as part of our responsibilities as engaged citizens.

In this special Author Series event, 3GNY board member Anna Scheumann will moderate a discussion exploring the lessons and warnings presented by ON TYRANNY GRAPHIC EDITION, with special attention to the significance and implications for us as descendants of Holocaust survivors. Register here.
