When you run with 3GNY, you’re not just earning guaranteed entry to one of the world’s most iconic races. You’re helping us honor our grandparents’ legacies by ensuring their stories continue to be heard. Every mile you run and every dollar you raise fuels 3GNY’s mission: to share the powerful testimony of Holocaust survivors through the voices of their grandchildren, educating and inspiring diverse communities to stand up against antisemitism and all forms of hate.
The iconic course for this race begins in Brooklyn, takes you across the legendary Brooklyn Bridge, and sweeps along the scenic FDR Drive. Experience the rare thrill of running through Times Square, closed to traffic only twice a year, before finishing in the breathtaking beauty of Central Park.

What You’ll Do
By joining Team 3GNY, you’re taking on a meaningful challenge — running 13.1 miles and raising essential funds to ensure our grandparents’ stories continue to be shared with thousands of students. As a Team 3GNY runner, you commit to:
Raise a minimum of $1,800 by March 15, 2026, to support our educational mission
Provide credit card information to secure your guaranteed race entry
Pay the NYRR race registration fee ($135 for NYRR members, $160 for non-members)
Represent 3GNY proudly as an ambassador for Holocaust education and remembrance
