3GNY, founded by grandchildren of Holocaust survivors serves as a living link, preserving the legacies and the lessons of the Holocaust. For this program 3G Board members, Leora Klein and Farah Kraus, along with a 3GNY panel of educators will speak about these effective efforts to educate the next generation to ensure that future generations hear actual stories of their grandparents' survival and it's place in historical content.
These efforts include educating diverse communities about the perils of intolerance and providing a supportive forum for the descendants of survivors. This mission ensures that future generations will hear actual stories of their grandparents’ survival, so that others can experience the human face of the Holocaust, as well as understand its details and its place in history.
